ORLANDO BASS GUIDE SERVICE POLICIES:

RESERVATIONS - A deposit will be used to lock in the day or days you request. Once you send a deposit your trip is confirmed and requires no further actions so long as I have your trip details that are filled out on the contact us page.

Once your deposit is sent, your trip is locked in and requires not further action from you. One question I frequently get from clients a week before their trip is "are we still on for our trip". Your deposit locks in your reservation and guarantees you have a trip booked. It is designed to allow clients to rest easy knowing they have a booking and not wonder if someone else will take their day.

Reservations are on a first come first serve basis and guarantees that you will be fishing with me. The deposit will go towards the balance of your trip. As far as bad weather is concerned, lightning or high winds are the only things that would force a trip cancellation and this is a rare occurrence. The deposit is a commitment between both parties to meet on their scheduled day and is not refundable if a client is unable to make their scheduled trip date. The deposit can be used towards reserving another day in the event you cannot make your scheduled date.

WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU HAVE MADE A RESERVATION - Print the directions provided on the site, purchase your fishing license, call me the night before your trip. It's that easy.

What if I am not available - In the event that I am booked for the dates you are interested in we can still take care of your trip by providing you  with one of the best guides in the area. While we are not a booking service I do work with the best guides that operate with the same standards that I do. If you would like us to take care of this for you simply let me know and I will make all the arrangements.

FINAL PAYMENT - The balance for your trip can be paid in cash or travelers checks. Personal checks or credit cards are not accepted for final payment. Payment is not expected until your trip is completed.

TRANSPORTATION: We will be happy to pick you up from your hotel and return you at the end of your trip. December - May Pick up and drop off is available from Disney or Universal for $50.00.

WHAT TO BRING:
-
If you are meeting me at the lake, please print and bring the directions provided
   on the directions page.
- Your fishing license.

- A hat and polarized sunglasses are great to help with glare and U.V. light.
- A sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15.
- A still camera or if you want a video camera.
- Rain gear. Believe it or not Disney makes quite a bit of money by selling ponchos so it
may come in handy at the park as well.
- Snacks such as 6 pack crackers or cookies.

WHAT'S PROVIDED:
- Ice, water and gatorade are provided  but if you would like to bring something else
there is always plenty of room in the cooler. If you bring soda please bring 20 oz
bottles. Sorry, no beer during your fishing trip.
- Rods and Reels.
- All lures and Terminal Tacklle
- Captains license and Professional Guide insurance.
- 20 foot Triton tournament ready bass boat with 225 Optimax.

CHILDREN - Children will always be welcome on my boat. Children are the future of the sport and my goal is for them to leave with a desire to continue fishing at home. If you bring your child expect them to have a great time and catch all of the fish!

SURPISE FEES- there will never be any surprise fees on the day of your trip. All costs are listed on the guide rates page and they do not change.

LAST: Expect to have a great time! Your bass fishing trip will be relaxing and exciting as I take care of all the details.

TRIP INFORMATION FOR ORLANDO BASS  GUIDE SERVICE:

START TIME: I try to be on the water by safe light for each trip but some days require an earlier start. This is generally the best time to begin your fishing day.

TRIPS: 8 hour trips (year round) 8 hours of actual fishing time.
6 hour trips (year round) 6 hours of actual fishing time.
4 hour trips (year round) 4 hours of actual fishing time.

Your fishing time does not include driving time to our fishing area and any additional moves during your trip. The lakes in the Orlando area only take 5- 10 minutes to get across so an extra half hour is what you can expect to be on the water during your trip.

TACKLE AND EQUIPMENT: Everything you need to enjoy your day is supplied. Rods, reels and all artificial lures. If you would like to bring your own equipment you may do that also but please do not bring any tackle or lures.

BOAT AND MOTOR: You will be fishing out of a fully rigged tournament ready 20 foot Triton Bass boat with a Mercury 225 Optimax.
